摘要
农村家庭教育质量关乎儿童未来发展。在祖辈和父辈联合教养成为目前农村家庭普遍的教养模式背景下,如何借助两代人力量托举起下一代成长,便成为了一个值得研究的问题。通过对农村家庭0~3岁幼儿联合教养的调研后,发现其中存在着祖父辈教养责任边界模糊、教养观念冲突、祖辈身心受困的问题,而这并不符合科学主张的联合教养规范。因此,结合主客观原因分析,本文建议从加强家庭联合教养的第一阵地责任,构建国家托育和家庭教育指导服务体系,引导全社会形成协同育儿机制的角度入手,来提高农村家庭联合教养水平,实现幼有所育,幼有善育。
The quality of rural family education is related to children’s future development. In the case that the joint upbringing of grandparents and parents has become a common upbringing mode of rural families, how to use the strength of two generations to support the growth of the next generation has become a problem worthy of study. After investigating the joint education of 0~3-year-old children in rural families, it is found that there are some problems, such as the fuzzy boundary of parenting responsibility of grandparents, the conflicts of parenting ideas and the hard situation that grandparents face in body and mind, which do not conform to the joint education norms advocated by science. Therefore, combined with the analysis of subjective and objective reasons, this paper proposes to improve the level of rural family joint education and realize children’s good development from the perspective of strengthening the first position responsibility of family joint education, constructing the national childcare and family education guidance service system, and guiding the whole society to form a collaborative childcare mechanism.
