基于易班的高校网络思想政治教育实效性探究——以淮南师范学院为例

Research on the Effectiveness of Network Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Based on Easy Class—Taking Huainan Normal University as an Example

高校增强易班网络思想政治教育实效性,要明确加强网络思政的必然性与重要性,通过对相关制约发展因素的系统分析,探究基于易班平台的网络思政现状,明了高校网络思想政治建设中存在的问题与困境,针对现实情况,从基本原则、内容建设与团队培育、体制机制等方面出发,提出多领域、多视野、多层次的应对策略,提升学校易班网络思政建设,增强易班对大学生思想政治教育的效果,实现“培养什么人、怎样培养人”的根本任务,促进大学生在新时代下的新发展。

To enhance the effectiveness of E-class Network Ideological and political education, colleges and universities should clarify the inevitability and importance of strengthening network ideological and political education. Through the systematic analysis of relevant restrictive factors, we explore the current situation of network ideological and political education based on E-class platform, understand the problems and difficulties existing in the network ideological and political construction of colleges and universities, and focus on the basic principles, content construction, team cultivation. From the aspects of system and mechanism, this paper puts forward multi field, multi vision and multi-level coping strategies, improves the network ideological and political construction of the easy class, enhances the effect of the easy class on the ideological and political education of college students, realizes the fundamental task of “cultivating who and how to cultivate people”, and promotes the new development of college students in the new era.
