摘要
众所周知,在教育孩子时,不同的育儿观会有不同的教育方式。在孩子一生中,0~3岁是一个非常特殊的时期,关注0~3岁儿童家长的育儿观,对这一时期的儿童乃至该个体一生的身心健康发展都有至关重要的作用。本文以一个家庭为个案,探讨了在养育0~3岁儿童过程中服务对象所面临的各种困难,社会工作者尝试用专业方法去协助服务对象解决问题。本文认为,在中国社会的实际情况下,0~3岁儿童家长育儿观的形成和完善,不仅是夫妻双方的责任,也包括在这一阶段发挥重要作用的其他家庭成员的参与。因此,本文在对策部分不仅是针对夫妻双方开展服务,同时对服务对象的原生家庭和丈夫的原生家庭等都开展了相关的服务,以期能够形成良好的育儿观念,从而为儿童成长提供良好的家庭环境,共同服务于对这一阶段儿童的照顾。最后,笔者的研究还存有以下不足:需要考虑中国家庭多孩环境和农村地区专业发展受限等实际情况,使讨论更有针对性等。
As we all know, when educating children, different parenting attitudes will have different educa-tional methods. In a child’s life, the age of 0~3 is a very special period. Paying attention to the pa-renting concept of the parents of the 0~3-year-old child has a crucial role in the physical and mental development of the child during this period and even his individual life. Taking a family as a case, this paper discusses the various difficulties faced by the case in the process of raising children aged 0~3. Social workers try to use professional methods to assist the parents to solve their problems. This paper argues that, in the actual situation of Chinese society, the formation and improvement of the parenting concept of children aged 0~3 is not only the responsibility of both husband and wife but also includes the participation of other family members who play an important role in this stage. Therefore, in the countermeasure part, this article not only provides services for both husband and wife but also provides related services to the original family of the wife and the husband, to provide a good family environment for the growth of children. Finally, the author’s research still has the following shortcomings: it is necessary to consider the actual situation of Chinese families with multiple children, the limited professional development of social work in rural areas, and make the discussion more targeted.
