新时代研究生志愿服务精神培育研究——以成渝高校为例

Research on the Evaluation and Cultivation of Postgraduate Volunteer Service Spirit in the New Era—Taking Chengdu Chongqing Universities as an Example

志愿服务精神是新时代研究生综合素质中的重要组成部分。然而,在我国高校的研究生综合素质培养体系中,志愿服务精神的培育却常常受到人们的忽视。本文以成渝地区高校为研究对象,通过实地调研、访谈等方式初步得出了当前成渝地区高校在研究生志愿服务精神的培育体系中存在的诸如研究生对志愿服务精神的认识不足等问题,并结合成渝地区高校建设的特点提出了相应的改进建议。以期能够为成渝地区,乃至全国高校培育研究生志愿服务精神、提升研究生综合素质的工作提供有益建议。

The spirit of voluntary service is an important part of the overall quality of graduate students in the new era. However, the cultivation of volunteer service spirit is often neglected in the comprehensive quality training system of graduate students in Colleges and Universities in China. This paper takes universities in Chengdu and Chongqing as the research object, and through field research, interviews and other means, preliminarily concludes that there are some problems in the current cultivation system of graduate volunteer service spirit in Universities in Chengdu and Chongqing, such as lacking of understanding of volunteer service spirit and so on. Combined with the characteristics of the construction of colleges and universities in Chengdu and Chongqing, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions. It is expected to provide useful suggestions for colleges and universities in Chengdu and Chongqing and even the whole country to cultivate the spirit of graduate volunteer service and improve the overall quality of graduate students.
