摘要
从本科教育人才培养的共识、争论和特征引入,提出本科教育人才培养目标应定位于学生“品质”培养,突出思维方式教育,明确专业方法教育,精准专业技术教育,系统化职业能力教育,从而实现本科教育人才培养的目标的达成。
Introducing from the consensus, controversy and characteristics of talent cultivation in undergraduate education, we propose that the goal of talent cultivation in undergraduate education should be set at the cultivation of students’ “quality”, highlight the education of thinking style, clarify the education of professional methods, precise professional technology education and systematize the education of vocational ability, so as to achieve the goal of talent cultivation in undergraduate education.
