Research on Privacy Protection from the Perspective of Morality and Law

当下社会隐私权侵犯问题呈现出受害群体不断扩大、侵犯难度不断降低的趋势,几乎每个人都经历过不同程度的隐私权侵犯问题。隐私权作为与个体人格、生活密切相关的权利内容,对其保护之研究还存在许多理论与实践方面的不完善,应当受到更多关注。隐私权的特性决定了其保障需要法律提供明确要求,更需要提升公民自身对个人隐私的保护意识和对他人隐私的尊重态度,只有运用好法律和道德双重保障,隐私权问题才能得到有效解决。

At present, the problem of privacy infringement in society shows a trend of expanding victim groups and decreasing the difficulty of infringement. Almost everyone has experienced the problem of privacy infringement to varying degrees. As a right content closely related to individual personality and life, there are still many theoretical and practical imperfections in the research of privacy protection, which should be paid more attention to. The characteristics of privacy determine that the protection of privacy requires clear requirements provided by law, and it is more necessary to enhance citizens’ awareness of personal privacy protection and respect for others’ privacy. Only by making good use of both legal and moral protection can the privacy problem be effectively solved.
