发挥朋辈团队在高校心理健康教育中的作用

摘要 随着高校扩招政策的实施,全国高校规模不断壮大、学生数量不断增加,学生的学习、就业、情感与人际交往压力倍增,且由于社会、家庭诸多因素的影响,大学生的心理问题越来越多、越来越严重。如果只依赖心理教师的偶尔辅导、心理健康选修课是无法有效解决大学生心理健康问题的,新时期必须注重全方位、多途径开展心理健康教育。从实践来看,朋辈团队、朋辈心理辅导在大学生心理健康教育中具有良好的应用效果。本文重点探讨朋辈团队在高校心理健康教育中的应用相关问题。 With the implementation of college enrollment expansion policy, the scale of colleges and universities across the country continues to grow, the number of students continues to increase, students’ learning, employment, emotional and interpersonal pressure multiplication, and because of the impact of many social and family factors, college students’ psychological problems are more and more serious. It is impossible to solve the problem of college students’ mental health effectively if only relying on the occasional guidance of psychological teachers and the elective course of mental health. In the new era, mental health education must be carried out in all directions and in many ways. From the point of practice, peer group and peer psychological guidance have a good application effect on college students’ mental health education. This paper focuses on the application of peer group in mental health education in colleges and universities.
