To correctly understand the practical connotation of cultivating talents, we need to examine the era significance of cultivating talents, and explain how to apply objective educational laws to promote the integration, innovation and prosperity between different cultures with the change of human subjectivity, so that the positive cycle of cultural people can be constantly moved to achieve sustainable and virtuous development of Chinese society.
