东乡美食旅游助力乡村振兴路径研究

A Study on the Path of Revitalizing Dongxiang’s Rural Areas through Food Tourism

美食旅游产业发展有利于产业兴旺、生活富裕、生态宜居和乡风文明,对助力民族地区实现乡村振兴意义重大。美食旅游不仅有助于树立区域经济发展形象,而且还能推动区域经济发展水平,甘肃省东乡族具有悠久的美食文化底蕴,应立足自身特色大力发展美食旅游,将美食与旅游结合,带动旅游业的发展,助力实现乡村振兴。本文以甘肃省东乡族美食旅游发展为研究对象,在助力实现乡村振兴中分析东乡族美食旅游发展的现状,找出美食旅游与乡村振兴的理论机理,构建“产业发展体系–东乡美食体系–乡村振兴体系”三个维度进行阐述,最后基于以上体系,总结东乡族美食旅游助力乡村振兴的现实路径。

Food tourism industry development is advantageous to the prosperous industry, life rich, ecological livable and local custom civilization, to help ethnic minority areas is of great significance to achieve rural revitalization. Food tourism image not only helps to set up the regional economic development, but also can promote the regional economic development level, Dongxiang, Gansu province has a long food culture, to develop the food tourism should be based on its own characteristics, combines food and travel, drive the development of the tourism industry, help to realize rural revitalization. Taking Gansu Dongxiang food tourism development as the research object, analysis in power to achieve rural revitalization of Dongxiang food tourism development present situation, find out the food tourism and rural revitalization of the theory of mechanism, build “industry development system-Dongxiang food system-Rural revitalization of the system” three dimensions, based on the above system, summarizes the Dongxiang food tourism power country revitalization of the reality of the path.
