新文科背景下社会工作专业实践育人共同体探索

Exploration on the Community of Social Work Professional Practice Education under the New Liberal Arts Background

随着国家推进高等教育内涵发展和全面推进新文科建设,社会工作专业需要结合时代发展需求进入高质量发展阶段。目前高校社会工作专业存在专业实践教育创新性不强、专业实践知识融合性薄弱和专业实践场景存在滞后性等难题。研究基于地方高校社会工作专业办学的培育理念、服务平台、教学方式、实践模式和育人体系五个方面进行阐述,探索新时代社会工作专业实践育人模式。

As the country promotes the connotation development of higher education and the construction of new liberal arts in an all-round way, social work specialty needs to enter a high-quality development stage in combination with the development needs of the times. At present, social work majors in colleges and universities have some problems, such as lack of innovation in professional practice education, weak integration of professional practice knowledge and lag in professional practice scenes. Based on the research on the cultivation concept, service platform, teaching method, practice mode and education system of social work major in local colleges and universities, this paper expounds and explores the practice education mode of social work major in the new era.
