浅析数字方志在应急管理中的运用

Analysis on the Application of Digital Local Chronicles Museum in Emergency Management

为积极推进我国应急管理体系和能力现代化,数字化智能平台于应急管理工作的重要性逐渐显现。近年来随着我国地方志系统的不断加强完善,越来越多的数字方志馆被开发利用,数字方志馆的智能化、信息化、便捷化,对于地方政府了解地情、从而开展应急管理现代化建设工作具有积极影响。因此探究数字方志馆在应急管理中能够发挥何种作用、如今已经发挥何种作用、未来还需向什么方向努力具有重要意义。文章运用比较分析法、文献检索和调查分析法,围绕三个问题,探索数字方志馆中所蕴含的应急管理功能,并提出相对的建议,以期为数字化时代下的应急管理工作提供有益的启示和借鉴。

In order to actively promote the modernization of my country’s emergency management system and capabilities, the importance of digital intelligent platforms in emergency management has gradually emerged. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of our country’s local chronicles system, more and more digital local chronicles have been developed and utilized. The intelligence, informatization, and convenience of digital local chronicles have a positive impact on local governments’ understanding of local conditions and the modernization of emergency management. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore what role the digital chronicle pavilion can play in emergency management, what role it has played now, and what direction it needs to work in the future. This article uses comparative analysis and methods of documentation to explore the emergency management functions contained in the digital chronicle library around three issues, and put forward relative suggestions. Hope to provide useful enlightenment and reference for emergency management in the digital age.
