基于人的全面发展理论视域下学校文化教育模式构建研究

摘要 人的发展,不仅仅是智力的发展,也包括人的道德品质、身体、心理,及个性全面自由、充分和谐的发展。随着人们对人的发展本质认识的加深,教育观也面临着重大转变。新的教育观倡导一种真正以人为本的教育,即文化教育。研究在分析文化教育的内涵、人的全面发展的内涵、人的全面发展与文化教育关系的基础上,全面探讨了当前我国学校文化教育的现实困境及其制约因素;研究认为,构建新的科学的文化教育观,在教育目标、教育内容和教育方法上不断推进教育创新,增强多元支撑、提高学生自我学习意识,是促进人的全面发展,构建以人为本教育的重要举措。 The development of human beings is not only the process of intelligence foster, but also includes the development of a person’s moral character, body, mental, and personality in an all-round freedom and harmonious environment. With the deepening understanding of the nature of human development, the concept of education is also facing an obviously change. The new concept of education advocates a truly people-oriented education, that is, cultural education. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of cultural education, the connotation of human’s comprehensive development, and the relationship between human’s comprehensive development and cultural education, the research deeply discusses the current practical difficulties and restrictive factors of school cultural education in China;The research believes that building a new scientific view of cultural education, continuously promoting educational innovation in educational goals, educational content and educational methods, enhancing multiple support, as well as improving students’ awareness of self-learning are important measures to promote the comprehensive development of people, even to build people-oriented education system.
