摘要
为探讨在社会工作课程教学中如何运用标准化案主评估学生的实务能力及其实施效果,通过质性研究分析,结果显示,在社会工作专业教学中运用标准化案主能更好评估学生的技能掌握程度;能增强学生的考试参与度,提高学习积极性;有助于学生对理论和实务的整合;帮助学生熟悉社工咨商的流程,培养其临床思维;还有助于培养学生的专业态度。但在教学中运用该方法也存在一些不足,需要教学者引起重视。
In order to explore how to use the standardized clients (SC) to evaluate students’ practical ability and its implementation effect in the teaching of social work course, through the analysis of qualitative research, the results show that the use of SC in the teaching of social work can better evaluate students’ level of skill mastery;it can enhance students’ participation in the examination and improve their learning enthusiasm;it is helpful for students to integrate theory and practice;it can help students get familiar with the process of social work counseling and cultivate their clinical thinking;it also helps to cultivate students’ professional attitude. However, there are some deficiencies in the application of this method in teaching, which need the attention of teachers.
