摘要
在数字化时代下,传统人力资源管理面临挑战。本文基于国有企业人力资源管理数字化转型的现状,对其转型过程中遇到的认知程度、技术水平和人员能力问题进行了浅析,并对相关问题提出了对策建议。希望通过对国有企业人力资源管理数字化转型的分析,为后续研究提供一定的借鉴。
In the digital age, traditional human resource management is facing challenges. Based on the current situation of the digital transformation of human resource management in state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes the cognitive level, technical level and personnel ability problems encountered in the transformation process, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for related problems. It is hoped that the analysis of the digital transformation of human resource management in state-owned enterprises can provide some reference for subsequent research.
