摘要
随着羽毛球培训业的迅速发展,顾客对羽毛球培训的质量有了更高的要求。找到羽毛球培训中存在的问题,并有针对性地解决问题,提高服务质量,使顾客满意,满足顾客的需求,才能在激烈的市场竞争中赢得一席之地。本研究论文以参加成都市天府新区羽毛球馆羽毛球培训课程的青少儿为调查对象,通过问卷调查的形式对成都市天府新区青少儿羽毛球培训情况进行系统研究。便于羽毛球培训机构发现羽毛球培训过程的薄弱环节并加以改善,最终提高羽毛球培训机构的整体服务质量和顾客满意度,并提供有效依据和借鉴参考。
With the rapid development of the Badminton training industry, the quality of Badminton train-ing is higher. In order to solve the problems existing in the training of Badminton, improve the quality of service, satisfy the customer satisfaction, and meet the needs of the customers, we can gain a place in the fierce market competition. This paper takes part in the study of the young children of the Badminton training course of the Badminton Gymnasium in the Tianfu New District of Chengdu and carries out systematic research in the training of the young children’s Badminton in Chengdu through the form of questionnaires. The Badminton training mechanism is convenient to find the weakness in the Badminton training process, improve the overall quality of Badminton and customer’s satisfaction of the training organization and provide an effective basis and reference.
