童年不良经历对大学生亲密关系的影响:反刍思维的中介作用

摘要 目的:探讨反刍思维在大学生童年不良经历和亲密关系间的中介作用。方法:通过微信群和QQ群向530名大学生(男生123人,女生407人;年龄范围17~37岁)分发问卷,采用童年不良经历量表(ACE-Q)、反刍思维量表(RRS)和简版亲密关系经历量表(ECR-s)进行测量。使用Pearson相关分析和结构方程模型进行中介检验。结果:1) 童年不良经历得分、反刍思维各维度得分和亲密关系各维度得分均显著正相关(r = 0.124~0.299,均P < 0.05),反刍思维各维度得分与亲密关系各维度得分显著正相关(r = 0.133~0.397,均P < 0.05)。2) 童年不良经历对亲密关系具有正向预测作用(β = 0.193, P < 0.05),反刍思维在童年不良经历与亲密关系中直接中介效应显著,中介效应占总效应的43%。结论:反刍思维在大学生童年不良经历和亲密关系间具有中介作用。 Objective: To explore the mediating effect of rumination on relationship between adverse child-hood experiences and intimate relationship in college students. Methods: Totally 530 college students (123 males and 407 females, aged 17 to 37) were assessed with the Adverse Childhood Experiences-Questionnaire (ACE-Q), Ruminative Response Scale (RRS) and Experiences in Close Relationship Scale-Short Form (ECR-s) through WeChat group and QQ group online. The Pearson Correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were performed to analyze the mediating effect of rumination on the relationship between adverse childhood experiences and intimate relationship. Results: 1) The total scores of ACE-Q were positively correlated with scores of RRS and ECR-s (r = 0.124~0.299, Ps < 0.05), RRS scores were positively correlated with ECR-s scores (r = 0.133~0.397, Ps < 0.05). 2) The adverse childhood experiences were positively associated with intimate relationship (β = 0.193, P < 0.05). In addition, rumination fully mediated the relationship between adverse childhood experiences and intimate relationship, the value of mediating effect was 43%. Conclusions: Rumination may play a mediating role between adverse childhood experiences and intimate relationship in college students.
