社会工作介入农村留守儿童父母亲子沟通能力的提升路径——以郴州市关爱农村留守儿童百场宣讲为例

摘要 在城市化进程加快的大背景下,基数庞大的农村留守儿童滋生出的问题愈演愈烈,并且逐步演变为社会问题。本研究以郴州市关爱农村留守儿童百场宣讲为例,在项目组实地参与宣讲、走访调研的基础上,展开行动研究。该文章的实质性研究内容即是通过亲子沟通知识教育,提升农村留守儿童父母沟通能力。探究出农村留守儿童与父母沟通的现状和问题。基于此,文章深入剖析了农村留守儿童及父母亲子沟通障碍的原因,进一步归纳出亲子沟通教育的路径。完善农村留守儿童父母亲子沟通的教育体系,帮助外出务工者掌握沟通交流技巧以及提升整体的家庭教育能力。以期达到关爱保护农村留守儿童的根本目的,为后续研究提供可借鉴的经验与反思。 In the context of accelerated urbanization, the problems of a large number of left-behind children in rural areas have become more and more serious and evolved into social problems. This study takes the example of 100 lectures on caring for rural left-behind children in Chenzhou City, and conducts action research based on the project team’s participation in the lectures and visits. The substantive research content of this article is to improve the communication ability of parents of rural left-behind children through parent-child communication knowledge education. The current situation and problems of communication between rural left-behind children and their parents are investigated. Based on this, the article analyzes the causes of parent-child communication barriers of rural left-behind children and their parents and further summarizes the path of parent-child communication education. The article aims to improve the education system of parent-child communication for rural left-behind children, help migrant workers master communication skills and enhance the overall family education ability. In order to achieve the fundamental purpose of caring and protecting rural left-behind children, we provide experience and reflections for subsequent studies.
