高等教育强国背景下中国梦实现的教育路径选择

摘要 我国的高等教育自1999年开始实行扩招政策以后,毛入学率从1999年的10.5%提高到2021年的57.8%,我国高等教育已经从大众化进入普及化阶段,这是我国高等教育发展的新契机,也为中国梦的实现提供了重要的智力支撑,但是伴随着高等教育的深入发展,各种教育问题也日益凸显。虽然从马丁•特罗的计算方法来看,我国已经步入高等教育普及化阶段,但是这种普及化并非是科学的、有效的普及化,其中隐藏着很多问题。当前在大众为中国梦奋斗的过程中教育质量和教育公平问题较为突出,如何有效地提高教育质量,扩大高等教育的惠及面,让广大人民群众共享改革发展的成果,成为教育界研究的重点,研究尝试从高等教育的现存问题入手,试图探寻众多问题的解决对策,为富强、民主、文明中国梦的实现探寻教育的路径选择。 The gross enrollment rate of higher education has increased from 10.5% in 1999 to 57.8% in 2021, ever since the enrollment expansion policy was implemented in 1999, which resulted in higher education entering the stage of popularization from popularity. This is a new opportunity for higher education development, as well as providing important intellectual support for the realization of the Chinese Dream. However, with the in-depth development of higher education, various educational problems have become increasingly prominent. That is, according to Martin Trow’s calculation method, China has entered the stage of popularization of higher education, but this popularization is not scientific and effective popularization, and there are many hidden problems behind it. At present, in the process of the public’s struggle for the Chinese Dream, the problems of educational quality and educational equity are more prominent. How to effectively improve the quality of education, expand the benefit of higher education, and let the general public share the fruits of reform and development has become the focus of research in the educational field. Facing the existing problems of higher education, this paper attempts to put forward some solutions and explores the path selection of education for the realization of the Chinese Dream which has the motif of prosperity, democracy and civilization.
