党建引领多民族社区治理共同体的实践研究——以成都市浆洗街蜀汉街社区为例

Practical Research on the Party Building Leading the Community Governance of Multi Ethnic Communities—Taking Shuhan Street Community, Jiangxi Street, Chengdu City as an Example

社区作为国家与社会治理的基础、城市居民生活的基本单元,需要通过构建社区治理共同体助力社区及国家与社会治理现代化的实现。蜀汉社区位于成都市武侯区浆洗街街道,是多民族互嵌的社区,民族互嵌型社区的发展离不开社区治理共同体的构建。该社区作为民族团结进步示范社区,一定程度上在党组织的引领下构建了社区治理共同体。但是构建治理共同体的过程中还是存在着利益共同体缺失、社区党组织引领内在动力不足、专业性人才缺乏、民族交融程度低等一系列问题。文章对于这些问题提出了建议,旨在促进蜀汉社区社区治理共同体构建,并为其他社区提供经验启示。

As the foundation of national and social governance and the basic unit of urban residents’ life, community needs to help realize the modernization of community and national and social go-vernance by building a community governance community. Shuhan Community, located in Jiangxi Street, Wuhou District, Chengdu, is a multi-ethnic community. The development of a multi-ethnic community cannot be separated from the construction of a community governance community. As a demonstration community of national unity and progress, the community has built a community governance community under the guidance of the Party organization to a certain extent. However, in the process of building a governance community, there are still a series of problems, such as the lack of a community of interests, the lack of internal impetus for community party organization to lead, the lack of professional talents, and the low degree of ethnic integration. The paper puts forward suggestions on these issues, aiming to promote the construction of community governance community in Shuhan community, and provide experience and enlightenment for other communities.
