Coupling and Embedding: Debate on the Relationship between Common Prosperity and Rural Revitalization under the Background of the New Journey

全面小康社会的建成意味着我国正式迈向建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程,新征程意味着新任务、新征程更意味着直面新问题。中国式现代化离不开农村农业现代化、全体人民共同富裕离不开农村农民共同富裕,乡村振兴作为现阶段国家处理“三农”问题的战略规划,与共同富裕之间有着密切联系。文章通过分析发现,两者不仅在理论逻辑、实践运行和历史延续方面具有耦合性,同时也在路径保障与价值指引方面呈现出较大互嵌性。通过理清两者关系,能够进一步促进双方机制互洽、政策互融,从而推动乡村振兴与共同富裕共同迈上新台阶,实现更高质量发展。

The completion of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way means that China has formally embarked on a new journey towards building a modern socialist power. A new journey means new tasks and new journey means facing new problems. Chinese path to modernization cannot be separated from the modernization of rural agriculture, and the common prosperity of all people cannot be separated from the common prosperity of rural farmers. As a strategic plan for the country to deal with the “three rural issues” at this stage, rural revitalization is closely related to common prosperity. Through analysis, it is found that the two not only have coupling in theoretical logic, practical operation and historical continuity, but also show greater embeddedness in path guarantee and value guidance. By clarifying the relationship between the two sides, we can further promote the mutual coordination of mechanisms and policies between the two sides, so as to promote rural revitalization and common prosperity to a new level and achieve higher quality development.
