摘要
本文采用问卷调查法研究研学导师职业形象的多维结构和多元主体评价特征。研究结果表明:① 研学导师整体职业形象较好,各维度中外在形象维度评价最高、职业知识最低,被调查者的年龄、学历、性别对其研学导师职业形象各维度评价具有影响效应;② 四类评价主体对于研学导师外职业形象评价具有趋同性,但在职业态度、职业知识与职业技能三个维度的评价上存在显著性差异,学生群体评价最高、研学导师次之、公众与家长对研学导师职业形象评价较低。
This paper studies the multi-dimensional structure and multi agent evaluation characteristics of the professional image of study travel tutor by questionnaire. The research results show that: ① The overall professional image of the study travel tutor is good, and the evaluation of the external image dimension is the highest and the professional knowledge is the lowest in all dimensions. The age, education background and gender of the respondents have an impact on the evaluation of the study travel tutor’s professional image dimensions;② The four types of evaluation subjects have similarities in the evaluation of the professional image of the study travel tutor, but there are significant differences in the evaluation of the three dimensions of professional attitude, professional knowledge and professional skills. The student group has the highest evaluation, the study travel tutor takes the second place, and the public and parents have lower evaluation on the professional image of the postgraduate tutors.
