新中国成立初,我国实行计划经济体制,国有企业作为计划经济体制下最典型的经济要素,其发展历程是我国近三十年来计划经济体制下的缩影。在这段时期,国有企业逐渐出现创新动力不足、管理体制落后等问题,为解决这些难题,党和政府开始对国有企业进行改革。改革开放以来,我国不断用制度创新和实践行动来促进国有企业高质量发展。未来,国有企业将继续发挥引领带动作用,为我国经济发展作出贡献。

At the beginning of the founding ceremony of the People’s Republic of China, our country imple-mented planned economy. As the most typical economic factor under the planned economy, the development of state-owned enterprises is the epitome of our country’s planned economy in the past 30 years. During this period, the state-owned enterprises gradually appeared problems such as lack of motivation for innovation, backward management system and so on. In order to solve these problems, the party and the government began to reform the state-owned enterprises. Since the reform and opening-up, our country has been promoting the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises with system innovation and practice action. In the future, state-owned enterprises will continue to play a leading role and contribute to the economic development of our country.
