在我国进入城乡统筹发展新阶段的背景下,加强社区公共服务,完善社区治理体系,提升社区治理能力是社会发展的基本条件,也是大数据情景下实现整体性治理的现实需要。然而现阶段社区治理还存在着职能定位不明确、专业管理技术落后、治理资金缺乏等诸多问题,无法有效满足居民需求。对此,强化党建引领,构建和完善社区多元参与、协商共治的格局,推进大数据安全运用与社区治理和服务创新的深度融合,推进社区治理体系和治理能力现代化,对建设社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。
