课程思政视域下《财政学》教学改革的实践与探索——以中华女子学院《财政学》课程为例

摘要 《财政学》是经济管理类本科专业的一门专业基础课程,本身蕴含着天然的思政元素。为更好地发挥课程思政的作用,围绕课程思政元素挖掘与课程思政建设、课程思政实施与保障,中华女子学院金融学专业《财政学》课程开展了集课程内容–教学方法–考核方式三位一体的教学改革探索:一是课程目标中融入思政元素;二是课程思政元素挖掘与课程设计;三是借助项目教学法、强化体验式学习,促进课程思政作用充分发挥;四是改革传统考核方式、突出对学生参与能力的过程考核,以保障课程思政作用的有效发挥。 Public finance is a professional basic course for undergraduate majors in economic management, which contains natural ideological and political elements. In order to better play the role of ideo-logical and political education in the curriculum, focusing on the exploration of ideological and political elements in the curriculum, the construction of ideological and political education in the curriculum, and the implementation and guarantee of ideological and political education in the curriculum, Public Finance course of Finance major of China Women’s University has carried out a teaching reform exploration that integrates curriculum content, teaching methods and assessment methods. First, ideological and political elements are integrated into the curriculum objectives;The second is the excavation of ideological and political elements in the curriculum and curriculum design;Thirdly, utilizing project-based teaching methods and strengthening experiential learning to promote the full play of the ideological and political role of the curriculum;The fourth is to reform the traditional assessment methods and highlight the process assessment of students’ participation ability to ensure the effective play of the ideological and political role of the curriculum.
