中小学心理健康教育课程现状与建议

摘要 中小学时期是身心发展的重要阶段。随着身心的快速发展以及社会竞争压力增大,中小学生在学习、生活、人际交往等方面可能会产生一些心理困惑,对学生身体健康和学业成绩产生影响。如今,中小学心理健康问题引起了社会的广泛关注,心理健康教育教程是中小学阶段进行心理健康教育的主要方式,很大程度上促进了素质教育工作的深入开展。只有不断深化多种形式的心理健康教育课程,才能帮助中小学生更好地适应校园和社会生活,使之成长为高素质劳动者和创新人才。因此,有必要深入研究我国中小学心理健康教育课程在发展过程中面临的新问题。本文在充分了解心理健康教育课程的基础上,通过大量的文献查阅与调查研究,深入探讨当前中小学心理健康教育课程存在的问题,并提出一些对策,推动心理健康教育课程的发展。 The primary and secondary school periods are important stages of physical and mental development. With the rapid development of body and mind and the increasing pressure of social competition, primary and middle school students may have some psychological confusion in study, life and interpersonal communication, which will affect students’ physical health and academic performance. Nowadays, mental health problems in primary and secondary schools have aroused widespread concern in the society. Mental health education courses are the main way of mental health education in primary and secondary schools, which has greatly promoted the in-depth development of quality education. Only by continuously deepening various forms of mental health education courses, we can help primary and middle school students better adapt to campus and social life, and make them grow into high-quality laborers and innovative talents. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply study the new problems faced in the development process of the mental health education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in our country. On the basis of fully understanding the mental health education curriculum, through a large number of literature review and investigation, this paper deeply discusses the problems existing in the current primary and secondary school mental health education curriculum, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of mental health education curriculum.
