摘要
教材作为国家权威读本,具有传播社会主流价值的重要作用,其呈现的人物形象与国家教育方针、编写者价值观念息息相关。中学教材中的劳动人物形象对中学生暂未成型的劳动价值观念具有一种价值导向作用。教材中的劳动人物形象呈现出真实性、多元性、双面性与思想性的特点,但也存在劳动人物选取的刻板印象与缺乏时代性的问题。对此,对教材编写者而言,应兼顾人物形象选取的比例均衡性;突出人物形象选取的时代性。对教材使用者而言,应树立性别平等意识,适当扩充案例素材,渗透职业规划教育。
As an authoritative national reading book, textbooks have an important role in spreading main-stream social values, and the characters they present are closely related to the national education policy and the values of the writers. The images of labor characters in secondary school textbooks have a value-guiding effect on the unformed labor values of secondary school students. The images of labor characters in textbooks are characterized by authenticity, diversity, double-sidedness and ideology, but there are also problems of stereotypes and lack of modernity in the selection of labor characters. In this regard, textbook writers should take into account the proportional balance in the selection of characters and highlight the topicality of the selection of characters. For the users of the teaching materials, they should establish the awareness of gender equality, expand the case materials appropriately, and penetrate the education of career planning.
