文章在总结文化保育现有模式优势和不足的基础之上,探讨社会工作介入文化保育项目的途径,结合个案、社区等专业方法,以社区为基点打造文化保育志愿团体,通过多种培育方式,推动其由社区辐射街道乃至更大范围,成为跨区域性且极具品牌效应的成功范式,探索出自下而上渐进式文化辐射的新发展模式,吸引更多的民间文化保育人,弘扬优秀传统历史文化,推广更多有利于核心价值观的文化进企业、进学校,助力社会各群体特别是年轻一代主动传承文化,推动文化自信真正在国人心中生根。

Based on summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of existing cultural conservation models, this article explores the ways for social work to engage in cultural conservation projects. Combining professional methods such as case studies and communities, this article aims to create cultural conservation volunteer groups based on communities, and through various cultivation methods, promote them to radiate from communities to streets and even wider areas, becoming a successful paradigm with cross regional and strong brand effects, explore a new development model of gradual cultural radiation from the bottom up, attract more folk cultural protectors, promote excellent traditional historical culture, promote more cultures that are conducive to core values in enterprises and schools and assist various groups of society, especially the younger generation, to actively inherit culture, and promote cultural self-confidence to truly take root in the hearts of Chinese people.
