脱贫攻坚是乡村振兴的重要基础,也是乡村振兴战略能得以实施的前提。在新时代经济社会发展过程中,我国的“三农”工作重心已经发生历史性的转移,巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴战略进行有效衔接是实现脱贫地区发展、促进乡村全面振兴的重点,也是“十四五”期间实现农业农村现代化的重要任务。只有克服实践过程中的困境,通过地区的特定政策、组织领导队伍和人民群众多重合力的支持才能做好两者的有效衔接,具有重要的现实价值。
