乡村振兴视域下数字乡村建设探析

Analysis of Digital Village Construction from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

数字乡村建设是乡村振兴的战略方向,也是建设数字中国的重要内容,是实现农业农村现代化,提升乡村治理效能的重大时代课题。随着5G、互联网、人工智能和大数据在农业农村经济社会发展中的广泛应用,农民现代信息技能的提高而内生动力促进农业农村现代化转型,为数字化乡村建设奠定良好的基础。然而,农业农村现代化转型过程也显现众多问题,亟需解决。本文基于乡村振兴视域下数字乡村建设过程中出现的问题展开分析,并提出一些关于优化数字乡村建设的思考和建议,缩小数字鸿沟。

Digital village construction is the strategic direction of rural revitalization, an important content of building digital China, and a major topic of the times to realize agricultural and rural moderni-zation and improve the efficiency of rural governance. With the wide application of 5G, Internet, artificial intelligence and big data in the economic and social development of agriculture and rural areas, the improvement of farmers’ modern information skills and endogenous power promote the modernization and transformation of agriculture and rural areas, laying a good foundation for the construction of digital villages. However, the process of agricultural and rural modernization and transformation also shows many problems that need to be solved urgently. Based on the analysis of the problems arising in the process of digital village construction from the perspective of rural revitalization, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on optimizing digital village construction to narrow the digital divide.
