党建引领小区治理的创新实践、现实困境及对策研究——以淮安市清江浦区为例

小区已经成为城市居民赖以生活的最基本单元,小区的治理水平对小区居民的幸福感和满意度有很大的影响。叙述了党建引领小区治理的逻辑理路,总结了淮安市清江浦区党建引领小区治理创新实践举措及成效,分析了党建引领小区治理面临的现实困境,提出了党建引领小区治理的对策建议。

The community has become the most basic unit on which urban residents live. The governance level of the community has a great impact on the happiness and satisfaction of residents. This paper describes the logical path of the Party construction-leading community governance, summarizes the innovative practice measures and effect of the party construction-leading community governance in Qingjiangpu District of Huai’an City, analyzes the realistic predicament faced by the party construction-leading community governance, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the party construction-leading community governance.
