中国是人口大国,老年人数量大,老龄化问题日趋严重。做好老年社会工作意义重大。当前中国老年社会工作的发展主要面临人员配置不足、学科社会认知度不足、行业标准和规范不统一、传统养老观念束缚等困境。为此,建议创新服务理念、采取积极有效的宣传方式、加强老年社会工作服务队伍建设、强化学科社会认知度、统一行业标准和规范、转变传统养老观念,以期为老年社会工作的发展提供一些选择。

China is a populous country with a large number of elderly people, and the aging problem is be-coming more and more serious. It is of great significance to do well in elderly social work. At present, the development of social work for the elderly in China mainly faces difficulties such as insufficient staffing, insufficient social awareness of disciplines, inconsistent industry standards and norms, and constraints of traditional pension concepts. Therefore, it is suggested to innovate the service concept, adopt positive and effective publicity methods, strengthen the construction of the elderly social work service team, strengthen the social awareness of the discipline, unify the industry standards and norms, and change the traditional concept of old-age care, so as to provide some choices for the development of the elderly social work.
