试论我国基础教育中“少数服从多数”原则

摘要 柏拉图在《理想国》中曾经提出要知道我们在建立城邦时,我们所关注的目标不是个人的幸福,而是作为整体的城邦所可能得到的最大幸福。基础教育中也时常出现这样的情况,牺牲少数人的选择而保全多数人的利益。然而在教育中,有时少数服从多数原则看似民主,实则是“伪民主”。有时候在教育中“尊重多数”不仅损害了少数人的利益,于多数人而言也将产生影响。基础教育尊重每一位学生的个性发展,尊重每一位学生的权利。 Plato in Utopia proposed to know that when we build a city-state, our goal is not the individual happiness, but the greatest happiness possible for the city-state as a whole. In basic education, the choice of the minority is sacrificed to protect the interests of the majority. However, in education, sometimes the minority principle of majority seems democratic, but it is actually “pseudo-democracy”. Sometimes, “respect for the majority” in education not only harms the interests of the minority, but also is not of much significance to the majority. Basic education respects the personality development of every student and respects the rights of every student.
