近年来,为了争夺人才,全国多个城市发布“人才新政”。成都作为新一线城市中的一员,自然也加入了人才大战的大局。引进“高精尖缺”人才是增强区域竞争力、推动地区经济社会全面进步的核心力量。在对成都市引进“高精尖缺”人才情况和效果分析的基础上,根据成都市的产业结构与区域发展的特色,围绕营商环境、激励机制、知识产权保护、科技成果中转化、高端人才社区、社会保障服务和“蓉漂计划”的引才关键环节设计满意度调查问卷,根据满意度得分,分析突出问题,提出优化建议。
