成都市“高精尖缺”人才引进满意度调查研究

摘要 近年来,为了争夺人才,全国多个城市发布“人才新政”。成都作为新一线城市中的一员,自然也加入了人才大战的大局。引进“高精尖缺”人才是增强区域竞争力、推动地区经济社会全面进步的核心力量。在对成都市引进“高精尖缺”人才情况和效果分析的基础上,根据成都市的产业结构与区域发展的特色,围绕营商环境、激励机制、知识产权保护、科技成果中转化、高端人才社区、社会保障服务和“蓉漂计划”的引才关键环节设计满意度调查问卷,根据满意度得分,分析突出问题,提出优化建议。 In recent years, in order to compete for talents, many cities across the country issued the “talent New Deal”. As a member of the new first-tier cities, Chengdu has naturally joined the overall situation of the talent war. The introduction of “advanced, advanced and lacking” talents is the core force to enhance regional competitiveness and promote the overall progress of regional economic society. In the introduction of Chengdu “advanced” talent situation and on the basis of effect analysis, according to the industrial structure and regional development of Chengdu characteristics, surrounding business environment, incentive mechanism, intellectual property protection, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, high-end talent community, social security services and “rong drift plan” to the key link design satisfaction questionnaire, according to the satisfaction score, analysis of outstanding problems, optimization suggestions are put forward.
