摘要
社会工作在中国的本土化发展进程中,取得了不错的成绩,但在实际的工作中,农村社会工作也面临着一些困境与挑战。基于此,本文试图通过社会支持理论视角对民族地区,以广西Y乡社工站为例的社会工作人才队伍建设问题进行分析讨论。经研究发现,少数民族地区农村社会工作发展面临个体与客体两种层面的现实困境,如个体自身认同感低、专业水平较差等,客体层面的资源供给不平衡与发展机制不完善等因素,严重影响满足地区农村社会工作人才队伍建设,而社会工作人才是农村社会工作发展的关键力量。最后本文针对此类问题,试图提出可行的建构少数民族地区社会工作人才队伍建设工作的路径。
Social work has achieved good results in the process of localization development in China, but in practical work, rural social work also faces some difficulties and challenges. Therefore, this article attempts to analyze and discuss the construction of social work talent teams in ethnic areas from the perspective of social support theory, taking Y Township Social Work Station in Guangxi as an example. Through research, it has been found that the development of rural social work in ethnic minority areas faces practical difficulties at both the individual and object levels, such as low self-identity and poor professional level of individuals, imbalanced resource supply at the object level, and imperfect development mechanisms. These factors seriously affect the construction of rural social work talent teams in these areas, and social work talents are the key force in the development of rural social work. Finally, this article proposes feasible paths for constructing social work talent teams in ethnic minority areas to address such issues.
