摘要
乡村教师是实施国家乡村振兴战略和教育现代化过程中,支撑基础教育发展的重要力量,在促进乡村教育发展中担任着不可替代的作用。“强师计划”政策支持下,实施向乡村教育倾斜的教育政策,可以提高乡村地区教育质量,缓解乡村教育资源短缺等问题,促进乡村教育均衡发展和城乡教育公平。但目前乡村教师队伍建设依然面临着乡村教师结构不合理、工作激励机制有待强化、教育信息化教学能力不足等挑战。因此,文章以“强师计划”为支撑提出要构建符合乡村教育发展需求的专业化教师队伍体系,建立健全激发乡村教师活力的现代化薪酬激励机制以及着力推进乡村教师教育向信息化方向转型升级等方法,促进乡村教师队伍的高质量发展。
Rural teachers are an important force supporting the development of basic education in the process of implementing the national rural revitalization strategy and educational modernization, and play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of rural education. With the support of the “Strong Teacher Plan” policy, the implementation of the education policy inclined to rural education can improve the quality of education in rural areas, alleviate the shortage of rural education resources and promote the balanced development of rural education and Urban-rural Education Fairness. However, at present, the construction of rural teachers is still facing challenges such as unreasonable rural teacher structure, work incentive mechanism to be strengthened, and insufficient educational information teaching ability. Therefore, supported by the “Strengthening Teachers Plan”, this paper proposes to build a professional teacher team system that meets the needs of rural education development, establish and improve a modern salary incentive mechanism to stimulate the vitality of rural teachers, and strive to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural teacher education to the information direction, so as to promote the high-quality development of rural teachers.
