摘要
“物流管理建模和优化”是“物流工程与管理”专业学位硕士的理论性与应用性相结合的综合性课程。通过分析目前案例教学实践中存在的问题,基于情境认知理论,提出了三方面的案例教学改革路径:优秀案例编写、教学模式更新、考核和评价机制设计。共享单车案例群的编写与教学实施效果说明,案例教学可以提高教学质量,有助于培养和提高学生发现、分析和解决实际问题的实践能力,为职业发展打下坚实基础,同时对其它硕士课程的案例教学改革也提供了借鉴和参考。
“Logistics management modeling and optimization” is a comprehensive course that combines the theoretical and practical aspects of the Master’s degree of “logistics engineering and management”. By analyzing the problems in current case-based teaching practice, and based on the situational cognitive theory, three reform paths for case-based teaching are proposed: excellent case writing, updating teaching models, and designing assessment and evaluation mechanisms. The writing and teaching implementation of bike-sharing case group demonstrate that case-based teaching can improve teaching quality, help cultivate and enhance students’ innovative practical abilities in discovering, analyzing, and solving practical problems. It lays a solid foundation for career development and provides reference for the reforms of case-based teaching in other master’s courses.
