共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质特征,第三次分配作为共同富裕中极其重要的分配机制,在近年获得学界广泛关注。本文结合当下的时代议题,围绕“社会组织参与第三次分配的可持续机制”这一问题,由传统型公益组织在资金等方面存在的不足引发对于“公益 + 商业”模式社会组织的探讨,并在此基础上深入分析“公益 + 商业”模式成功或失败的具体原因以及合理性所在,探索出社会组织参与第三次分配的可持续发展机制,为推动公益慈善事业更好实现共同富裕贡献力量。

Common prosperity is the essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As an ex-tremely important distribution mechanism in common prosperity, the third distribution has at-tracted wide attention in recent years. Based on the current issues of the times, this paper focuses on the issue of “sustainable mechanism for social organizations to participate in the third distribution”, due to the shortage of funds and other aspects of traditional public welfare organizations, the discussion on the “public welfare + business” model of social organizations has been triggered, and on this basis, in-depth analysis of the “public welfare + business” model success or failure of the specific reasons, rationality and the sustainable development mechanism for social organizations to participate in the third distribution is explored, so as to contribute to the promotion of public welfare charities to better achieve common prosperity.
