乡村振兴战略助推新型农村社区建设的路径思考——以L市沿江村为例

Reflection on the Path of Promoting the Construction of New Rural Communities through Rural Revitalization Strategy—Taking Yanjiang Village in L City as an Example

十九大报告首次提出实施乡村振兴战略,农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,必须始终把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作的重中之重,实施乡村振兴战略。只有厘清目前存在问题,把握难得的机遇,才能推动农业农村经济发展。新型农村社区建设是实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手,在乡村振兴进程中,农村社区发挥越来越重要的作用。本文结合乡村振兴战略部署,运用访谈材料和SWOT分析法,调研新型农村社区建设的现状。分析L市沿江村目前乡村振兴所面临的内部优势、外部机会和挑战风险,直面新型农村社区建设存在的问题,从经济、文化、人才、产业等方面就可行的路径进行思考和建议。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first proposed the im-plementation of the rural revitalization strategy. The issue of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. It is necessary to always make solving the “three rural” issues a top priority in the work of the entire party and implement the rural revitalization strategy. Only by clarifying the current problems and seizing rare opportunities can we promote the development of agriculture and rural economy. The construction of new rural communities is an important lever for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization. In the process of rural revitalization, rural communities are playing an increasingly important role. This article combines the strategic deployment of rural revitalization, uses interview materials and SWOT analysis method to investigate the current situation of the construction of new rural communities. We analyze the internal advantages, external opportunities, and challenges and risks faced by the current rural revitalization of Yanjiang Village in L City, face the problems in the construction of new rural communities, and think and propose feasible paths from economic, cultural, talent, and industry perspectives.
