平台企业治理热点与趋势研究——基于Citespace的可视化分析

Research on Hot Topics and Trends of Platform Corporate Governance—Visual Analysis Based on Citespace

文章运用Citespace对2021年以前平台企业治理的国内外研究进行对比分析,研究结果显示,国内关于平台企业治理的研究虽然晚于国外,但发展势头更为迅猛。国内研究关注平台企业自身如何对具体问题进行治理,国外研究侧重从平台这一事物的内在固有特性研究治理问题。国内外学者对平台企业治理的研究主要集中在治理平台企业的原因、主体和方式这三个方面。同时,“人工智能”、“大数据”、“区块链”、“风险治理”将是未来一段时期国内平台企业治理研究的重点,构建博弈模型将成为国内平台企业治理研究的热门方法,“ecosystem (生态系统)”、“digital platform (数字平台)”、“social media (社交媒体)”和“boundary resource (边界资源)”将是国外研究的重点。

In this paper, Citespace was used to make a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign research on platform corporate governance before 2021. The research results show that the domestic research on platform corporate governance started later than foreign research, but the development is more rapid. Domestic researches focus on how platform enterprises govern specific issues internally, while foreign research emphasizes studying governance issues from the inherent characteristics of the platform as a phenomenon. Scholars both domestically and internationally have primarily focused their research on the governance of platform enterprises in three main aspects: the reasons behind governing platform enterprises, the entities involved in governance, and the methods employed for governance. At the same time, “artificial intelligence”, “big data”, “blockchain” and “risk governance” will be the focus of domestic research on platform corporate governance in the future, and the construction of game model will become a popular way of domestic research on platform corporate governance. “Ecosystem”, “digital platform”, “social media”, and “boundary resource” will be the focus of foreign research.
