我国农村职业教育服务乡村振兴政策的历史变迁与未来展望——基于历史制度主义视角

摘要 自改革开放以来,我国农村职业教育服务乡村振兴政策在变迁历程上经历了关注需求、深入推进、规范培养和全面振兴四个阶段。基于历史制度主义视角分析发现,我国农村职业教育服务乡村振兴政策的历史演进逻辑在彰显时代性特质的基础上,呈现出明显的渐进式发展趋向。展望未来,我国农村职业教育服务乡村振兴政策的制定及完善应加强政策导向,完善政策体系;扩大政策供给,提升政策合力;消弭社会偏见,提升社会地位。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s rural vocational education service rural revitalization policy has gone through four stages in the course of change: paying attention to demand, in-depth promotion, standardized training and comprehensive revitalization. Based on the analysis of historical institutionalism, it is found that the historical evolution logic of China’s rural vocational education service rural revitalization policy shows an obvious gradual development trend on the basis of highlighting the characteristics of the times. Looking forward to the future, the formulation and improvement of China’s rural vocational education service rural revitalization policy should strengthen policy orientation and improve the policy system;Expand policy supply and enhance policy synergy;Eliminate social prejudices and enhance social status.
