在当今社会不断发展向前的过程中,社会组织管理会遇到地方政府社会组织的管理能力不足、信息沟通以及社会资源整合效率低、社会组织监管等问题不够充分的困境。“互联网+”时代的到来对我国社会现有管理观念和方式产生新的考验,社会组织管理获得变革空间,并且政府政策的支持、互联网技术的有效支持和社会组织监管的需求为应用互联网技术进行社会组织管理创新提供了可行性。民政的相关部门应逐渐引导建设集社会组织信息、管理以及相应服务等于一身的社会组织数字服务平台,从建立社会组织基础信息数据库、搭建社会组织交流平台和构建多元监管模式等入手,提高社会组织管理效能。

In the process of the continuous development of today’s society, the management of social organizations will encounter the dilemma of insufficient management ability of local government social organizations, low efficiency of information communication and social resource integration, and inadequate supervision of social organizations. The arrival of the “Internet+” era brings new challenges to the existing management concepts and methods of Chinese society, and social organization management has gained space for reform. Moreover, the support of government policies, the effective support of Internet technology, and the demand for social organization supervision provide the feasibility of applying Internet technology to the innovation of social organization management. The relevant departments of civil affairs should gradually guide the construction of a digital service platform for social organizations that integrates social organization information, management and corresponding services. Starting from the establishment of basic information database of social organizations, the construction of social organization communication platform and the construction of diversified supervision mode, the management efficiency of social organizations can be improved.
