摘要
迈向智媒新时代,加强青少年数字素养的培育是推进数字中国建设的战略需要,是应对社会数字化转型挑战的关键助力,也是培养数字型高质量人才的时代要求。当下,随着智能数字媒体的不断发展,在错误思潮、数字化转型挑战以及青少年自身发展需求等多种因素的裹挟下,青少年数字素养的培育正面临着无法规避的现实困境,如数字化参与差距阻碍“数字鸿沟”弥合进程、“信息茧房”破解困难导致数字创新能力不足以及主体认知意识弱化影响数字诚信及道德培育等。对此,需要从完善支持政策与数字化共享平台,加快弥合“数字鸿沟”;发挥学校等数字素养培育平台功能,提高青少年数字创新能力以及优化青少年认知结构,推进数字诚信及道德观建设三个维度加强青少年数字素养的培育,探索以青少年之力推动中国式现代化的新路径,为青少年扣好“人生第一粒扣子”,进一步引领青少年在智媒时代中实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。
Towards the new era of intelligent media, strengthening the cultivation of digital literacy of young people is a strategic need to promote the construction of digital China, a key help to cope with the challenges of social digital transformation, and also the requirement of The Times to cultivate digital high-quality talents. At present, with the continuous development of intelligent digital media, under the influence of various factors such as wrong ideas, digital transformation challenges and teenagers’ own development needs, the cultivation of teenagers’ digital literacy is facing inevitable current and practical problems. For example, the digital participation gap hinders the bridging process of the “digital divide”, the difficulty of cracking the “information cocoon” leads to the lack of digital innovation ability, and the weakening of the subject’s cognitive consciousness affects the digital integrity and moral cultivation. In this regard, we need to accelerate the bridging of the “digital divide” by improving supporting policies and digital sharing platforms;give full play to the functions of schools and other digital literacy cultivation platforms, improve teenagers’ digital innovation ability and promote the construction of digital integrity and moral values;optimize teenagers’ cognitive structure, strengthen the cultivation of teenagers’ digital literacy, to explore a new path to promote Chinese-style modernization with the power of teenagers, and fasten the “first button of life” for teenagers, to further lead young people to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the era of intellectual media.
