社会策划模式下城中村青少年校外实践研究——以D市青少宫小小图书管理员项目为例

摘要 城中村设施陈旧,楼间空隙狭窄,交通和人员流动环境复杂。在街头巷尾,我们经常能够看到结伴或独自嬉戏的青少年。然而,他们面临诸多问题,包括缺乏监护、认知不足、情绪管理难题、人际协调困难以及社会倡导能力不足等,这些问题长期困扰着城中村的村委会、群团组织和家长。我们关注城中村闲散青少年在生存、安全、发展和社会参与方面所面临的困境,同时也致力于研究城中村人际关系和村落文化等方面的优势。理论支持、资源支持、实施策略以及项目效果成为我们关注的重点。通过引入“童帮手”概念和实践模式中的“立体书”,我们尝试探索公益课程与实际活动的结合,倡导社会共同推动公共文化体验,促进城中村闲散青少年社会支持体系的搭建,从而探索校外教育实践的新模式。我们的研究旨在为城中村青少年提供更全面的发展支持,同时为社区建设和公共文化共同体的形成做出贡献。 Urban villages are characterized by outdated facilities, narrow spaces between buildings, and complex traffic and personnel flow environments. In the streets and alleys, we often see groups or individuals of adolescents playing and frolicking. However, they face various problems, including lack of supervision, insufficient awareness, difficulties in emotional management, challenges in interpersonal coordination, and inadequate social advocacy skills, which have long plagued village committees, mass organizations, and parents in urban villages. We focus on the difficulties faced by idle adolescents in urban villages in terms of survival, safety, development, and social participation, while also researching the advantages of interpersonal relationships and village culture. Theoretical support, resource support, implementation strategies, and project effects are the key areas of our attention. By introducing the concept of “Children’s Helping Hands” and the “three-dimensional book” model in practice, we attempt to explore the combination of public courses and practical activities, advocate for collective promotion of public cultural experiences, promote the construction of a social support system for idle adolescents in urban villages, and thereby explore a new model for extracurricular education practices. Our research aims to provide more comprehensive development support for urban village adolescents while contributing to community building and the formation of public cultural communities.
