基层干部提升网络媒介素养的实现路径探究

新时代催生了以网络为主要传播媒介的信息交互空间和交流途径,良好的网络媒介素养是时代之需。网民数量与日俱增,媒体环境日趋复杂,执政环境愈加公开透明,基层干部在网络时代面临更大的执政能力考验。系统教育培训的不到位、官本位思想的影响以及对接收的信息反馈有参差等使得基层干部网络媒介素养整体态势与时代发展未完全同步,在网络媒介技能使用、认知理念和批判意识等方面仍存在一定困难。本文在此基础上对提升基层干部的网络媒介素养给出了相应的对策建议。

The new era has given rise to an information exchange space and communication channels pri-marily driven by the internet as a major medium of dissemination. A good understanding of online media literacy is crucial in this era. With the increasing number of internet users and a more complex media environment, coupled with a more open and transparent governance environment, grassroots officials face greater challenges in their governing abilities in the digital age. Due to inadequate systematic education and training, the influence of bureaucratic thinking, and uneven feedback on the received information, the overall level of online media literacy among grassroots officials has not fully synchronized with the development of the times. Difficulties still exist in areas such as the use of online media skills, cognitive concepts, and critical awareness. Based on this, this article provides corresponding strategies and recommendations to enhance the online media literacy of grassroots officials.
