社会工作专业人才流失问题及影响研究

摘要 社会工作一直积极参与解决社会问题、服务社会。本文通过对我国社会工作的发展进行梳理,认识到当前社会工作在疾速前进的同时,也面临着很多挑战,其中社会工作行业的人才流失问题尤为凸显。本文在分析社工人才流失的现状后总结了人才流失的三个表现:一是留不住:待遇低,晋升难;二是进不去:岗位配置不足;三是不愿进:专业认同感低。基于此分析了人才流失带来的影响:宏观上减缓社会工作行业现代化发展的脚步;中观上造成资源的浪费,就业两极分化;微观上抑制了教育事业的发展和创新。最后提出一些建议以期吸引并留住社会工作专业人才、推动社会工作的发展,助力实现“中国梦”。 Social work has always been actively involved in solving social problems and serving society. Through combing the development of social work in China, this paper realizes that current social work is also facing many challenges, especially the brain drain in the social work industry. After analyzing the current situation of talent loss in social workers, this article summarizes three manifestations of talent loss: first, inability to retain: low salary, difficult promotion;The second is the inability to enter: inadequate job allocation;The third is unwillingness to enter: low professional identity. Based on this analysis, the impact of talent loss is as follows: at the macro level, it slows down the pace of modernization in the social work industry;On the meso level, it causes waste of resources and polarization of employment;At the micro level, it suppresses the development and innovation of the education industry. Finally, some suggestions are proposed to attract and retain talents in social work majors, promote the development of social work, and help achieve the “Chinese Dream”.
