文化视角下社会工作伦理本土化文献述评与展望

Literature Review and Prospects of Localization of Social Work Ethics from a Cultural Perspective

价值观被认为是社会工作专业的灵魂,伦理在社会工作中扮演着非常重要的角色,而如何将我国优秀文化价值融入到社会工作伦理本土化发展进程中也日渐重要,这是社会工作解决中国社会实际问题的迫切需要。文章研究述评,在分析社会工作伦理本土化的可行性的基础上,对不同时代背景下所倡导的文化价值观念与社会工作伦理的契合之处进行整合,以全面综述和评价的视角,梳理和总结了学界对社会工作伦理本土化建构的相关讨论,最后总结目前有关社会工作伦理本土化研究存在的不足之处,以构建更适合中国国情的社会工作伦理体系。

Values are considered the soul of the social work profession, and ethics play a very important role in social work. It is becoming increasingly important to integrate China’s excellent cultural values into the process of localizing the development of social work ethics, which is an urgent need for social work to solve practical problems in Chinese society. Based on an analysis of the feasibility of localizing social work ethics, this article integrates the cultural values advocated in different historical backgrounds with the compatibility of social work ethics, and comprehensively reviews and evaluates the relevant discussions in academia on the construction of localized social work ethics. Finally, the shortcomings of current research on the localization of social work ethics are summarized, in order to build a social work ethics system that is more suitable for China’s national conditions.
