乡村中学道德与法治教师队伍建设的思考——以龙州县金龙镇实验学校为例

Thoughts on the Construction of the Moral and Legal Teacher Team in Rural Middle Schools—Taking Jinlong Town Experimental School in Longzhou County as an Example

道德与法治教师是提高学生素质的重要群体。由于乡村中学的生活条件、以及社会生活的特殊性,乡村中学道德与法治教师的基础条件较差,教师的职业问题也不断涌现,这些问题需要迫切解决。本研究主要运用问卷调查法,找出乡镇中学道德与法治教师队伍建设存在的问题并分析产生问题原因,找出策略,为建设一支优秀的乡村道德与法治教师队伍提供思路,提高教学质量。

Moral and legal teachers are an important group for improving students’ quality. Due to the living conditions of rural middle schools and the special nature of social life, the basic conditions for moral and legal teachers in rural middle schools are poor, and professional problems for teachers continue to emerge. These problems need to be urgently addressed. This study mainly uses questionnaire survey method to identify the problems in the construction of the moral and legal teacher team in township middle schools, analyze the reasons for the problems, and find strategies to provide ideas for building an excellent rural moral and legal teacher team and improve teaching quality.
