新时代“枫桥经验”的重庆实践对社会工作介入社区治理的启发——以重庆市H街道为例

重庆市H街道在实施新时代“枫桥经验”过程中的实践,通过建立“三会”议事体系、增强基层党组织的政治功能和服务功能等措施,成功解决了社区治理中的矛盾纠纷问题。新时代“枫桥经验”作为一种典型的基层社会治理经验,与社区治理在范围、目标、功能上存在耦合性。社会工作者可以从其中获得启发,坚持居民参与、增强社区凝聚力、创新社区治理理念等,为社区治理提供有益的借鉴和启示。社会工作者应从新时代“枫桥经验”中汲取智慧,推动社区治理的创新和发展。

In the process of implementing the “Fengqiao experience” in the new era, H Street in Chongqing has successfully solved the contradictions and disputes in community governance by establishing the “three meetings” discussion system and enhancing the political and service functions of grassroots party organizations. As a typical grassroots social governance experience in the new era, “Fengqiao experience” is coupled with community governance in terms of scope, goal and function. Social workers can draw inspiration from this experience and persist in promoting resident participation, enhancing community cohesion, and innovating community governance concepts, providing valuable lessons and insights for community governance.
