儿童友好社区建设中的儿童参与式行动研究

摘要 以广州市H社区“‘童议’社区,成长有我”儿童发展项目为研究对象,在联合国儿童基金会提出的“儿童友好型城市和社区”的理念指导下,遵循以儿童为中心的研究范式,结合儿童与社会工作的视角,采用观察法和访谈法,研究“儿童参与”视角下儿童友好型社区建设的实践过程,总结出儿童在参与友好型社区建设过程中取得的成效与不足,并在此基础上提出改善措施,最后提出构建儿童友好型社区的策略,以供参考。 Taking Community H’s “‘Children’s Discussion’ Community, Growing with Me” child development project in Guangzhou City as the object of study, under the guidance of the concept of “child-friendly cities and communities” put forward by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and following the research paradigm of focusing on children, combining children’s and social work perspectives, and adopting the observation method and the interview method, the study investigates the practice of the construction of a child-friendly community under the perspective of “children’s participation”, and sums up the effectiveness and shortcomings of children’s participation in the process of child-friendly community construction, and puts forth the improvement measures on the basis of the results and finally puts forward the strategy of constructing a child-friendly community, which will be used as a reference.
