摘要
数字化背景下,心理健康教育正面临着一个创新的黄金时期。2024年全国两会聚焦心理健康教育,为心理健康教育提出了众多构想。在数字化背景下,文章针对目前小学心理健康教育存在的课堂教学模式单一、小学生存在难以倾诉的问题,提出建立“线上 + 线下”心理帮扶方式、实施“心理 + 学习”朋辈互助模式等策略,助力小学心理健康教育的融合与优化。
Under the background of digitalization, mental health education is facing a golden age of innovation. The National Two Sessions in 2024 focused on mental health education and put forward many ideas for mental health education. Under the background of digitalization, in view of the problems of single classroom teaching mode in primary school mental health education and the difficulty for primary school students to talk, the study proposes the establishment of an “online + offline” psychological help mode and the implementation of “psychological + learning” peer mutual support mode to help the integration and optimization of primary school mental health education.
